All deposits to and withdrawals from the bk11 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bk11 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in your Account cashier.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your Account's verification status. Deposits are generally credited to your bk11 wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your bk11 Account belong to you, are held in payment accounts registered in your own name, and are derived from legitimate sources. bk11 does not accept deposits from third parties. bk11 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
bk11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended for investigation, withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending conclusion of the investigation.
